Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. As one of the key team members, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our company’s growth. You will join an international team of talented, experienced engineers, designers, and ESG professionals headquartered in Berlin during a high-growth phase of our business.

Tasks

  • Talent sourcing and recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Candidate evaluation and selection: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Employer branding: Enhance Atlas’s employer brand to attract top talent. Develop and maintain a strong online presence through social media, job boards, and other relevant platforms. Create engaging content to showcase our company culture, values, and employee experiences.
  • Talent pipeline management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Proactively engage with passive candidates and nurture relationships to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Recruitment analytics and reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies. Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • You are experienced: You have 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully hiring for technical and non-technical roles for early-stage companies. A deep understanding of the German job market is a plus.
  • You are proactive: You are able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and address any recruitment challenges you identify. You think creatively and are able to develop innovative solutions to attract and retain top talent.
  • You are a strong communicator: You have excellent communication skills in both German and English. You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members at all levels of the organization.
  • You are detail-oriented and organized: You have a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills. You effectively prioritize projects and consistently meet deadlines. You are comfortable working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to optimize the hiring process.
  • You are collaborative: You are a team player and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience and successful hiring outcomes.

Additionally:

  • Languages: Candidates must be fluent in English. Fluency in German is a plus.
  • Location: You will work from our Berlin office, spending 3 days per week on-site. We regularly get together at co-location weeks to strengthen a great culture across geographies.
