We are looking for a DevOps and Support Engineer to join Atfinity, the leading Swiss FinTech in the Onboarding and KYC / KYB / AML automation space.

Atfinity is rapidly expanding its customer base in Switzerland, the UK, and beyond. Our no-code platform offers extensive configuration and integration options, making the successful rollout of a project to a client fairly technical. To ensure we can onboard and support our clients effectively, we are seeking a DevOps and Support Engineer to help our clients get up and running and keep their systems operating smoothly.
Given the technical complexity of Atfinity configurations and deployments, this is a hybrid position between DevOps, Configuration, and Support. Ideal candidates have an engineering degree to understand the complexities but want to work in a forward-deployed position with lots of client contact.
Tasks
- Support clients in running their Atfinity system, helping with all kinds of problems, including technical
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including problems with deployment setups
- Participate in technical workshops with clients to figure out desired configurations, deployment and integration setups
- Configure the Atfinity Software for clients
- Building and implementing new dev tools and infrastructure
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors and recommend improvements
- Follow up with clients to ensure their software is fully functional after releases
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Requirements
Must have
- A customer oriented mindset
- Degree in a relevant engineering field
- Excellen spoken and written English
- Diligence, quality-focused, and analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong diligence and professional communication
Desired
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Python and JavaScript
- Proven experience in a customer support role
- Excellent team collaboration skills
- German or French language skills (B2 and above)
