Assistant Business Developer 40-60% (Working Student)

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Business Developer to join our team in Zürich (Switzerland) and support our sales teams globally. The role focuses on identifying and prioritising target markets and companies, managing CRM data, supporting sales with pitches and offers, and collaborating closely with sales leadership.

• Identifying target markets (for Atfinity’s software)
• Identifying target companies
• Create and maintain target companies in our CRM
• Screen news sources to identify target markets / companies
• Assess the target companies according to priority
• Prepare company lists to be contacted by sales team
• Various sales support tasks such as preparing pitches and offers
• Collaborate with the head of sales and the management team

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar
• Fluency in German and English
• Valid work permit for Switzerland
• Diligence, quick comprehension, ability to identify and understand target markets quickly, self-motivated
• Good understanding of the decision processes in companies, preferably in financial institutions
• Commitment for at least two semesters
