NFT Inc. (dba ASKA) is headquartered in Los Altos, CA and has developed the world’s first viable drive and fly electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing (eVTOL) vehicle that can drive on the road like a car and fly efficiently like an aircraft in the air. The ASKA™ enables people to live outside a city and benefit from affordable housing and green space, but easily travel to the city center.

ASKA opened the world's first flying car showroom in April, 2021, for pre-orders of the ASKA™ and featuring a learning center dedicated to air mobility. In August 2021, the company announced the ASKA™ On-Demand reservation service, a super-easy way to choose when you want to drive and fly.

ASKA has signed a five-year Space Act Agreement to advance its participation in NASA’s Advanced Air Mobility National Campaign, jointly organized with the FAA. Full-scale manned flight testing planned in Q1 2023, target for commercialization is 2026, subject to certification.
