The Ad Ops – Campaign Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and elevating online presence and interaction through programmatic/brand display channels.
Tasks
- Traffic and flight client digital media campaigns flawlessly in our centralized ad server, CM360 (Google Campaign Manager).
- Implementing the designs and specifications of both our clients and PMG’s media strategists.
- Review, test, and QA creative assets across static JPG, HTML5, MP4, MOV, MP3, custom code creative and rich media. Ensure assets meet proper specs and modify specs, when necessary, in CM360.
- Troubleshoot ad serving issues or discrepancies with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage ongoing campaign, placement, and creative updates/changes as they occur.
- Cross-collaborate with the internal team to gain solutions and opportunities for improvements.
Requirements
- BA or equivalent with emphasis on coursework in marketing, advertising or business.
- 1-2+ years experience working in CM360 (required).
- Excellent time management skills and prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Quick learner with drive to be constantly learning and is proactive.
- Must be a team player while capable of making contributions with little supervision.
- Fluent in English (required).
- Flexible work environment with commitment to 3 days/week in-office.
