We’re looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our Managed Services team and support multiple ongoing projects. This role is perfect for someone adaptable, hands-on, and eager to work across different modules and clients.
Tasks
- Develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform (CMDB, ITOM, SPM, ITSM).
- Collaborate on internal and client-facing projects.
- Handle platform upgrades, patching, and general system improvements.
- Communicate with stakeholders and switch contexts easily between initiatives.
- Receive support and training to close any specific knowledge gaps as needed.
Requirements
Languages: English B2 (written and spoken).
What You Need:
- Solid experience in ServiceNow development, especially with ITSM.
- Understanding of platform administration, scripting, and upgrades.
- Strong communication skills and some client-facing experience.
- Flexibility to work across different ServiceNow modules and projects.
- ServiceNow Admin Certification (preferred).
- Developer and/or Implementation Specialist certifications (nice to have).
