Senior UX/UI Designer (Part-time, Remote) at minimi

minimi is a cutting-edge data privacy service helping individuals safeguard their personal information. Our platform scans for companies storing user data, assists in deleting it, and streamlines complex opt-out processes. We also monitor potential data breaches and identity theft risks, empowering users to take legal action when companies fail to comply. Currently, we serve Germany, with plans for international expansion, focusing on GDPR compliance, privacy, and security.

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI designer to join our small and excellent team. You’ll play a key role in developing and enhancing our privacy-focused B2C app, driving innovation, and building high-quality user experiences. This role is perfect for someone passionate about privacy, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Responsibility for the design and continuous improvement of the UX/UI of our privacy app.
• Development of intuitive and user-centered design concepts.
• Close collaboration with the development team to implement the designs.
• Conducting usability tests and analyzing user feedback to optimize the app.

• At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design (focus on beautiful, responsive and successful B2C web apps)
• Expert knowledge of Figma and other modern tools
• German B1 or higher (we want you to be in contact with our local users) & excellent communication skills in English
• A mental library of best practices; the willingness to apply these so that to the basics so we can be creative on the important details
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and UX focus
• Expert knowledge of Figma and other modern tools
