Join us as an Account Manager and play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships. This is one of the key roles, ensuring a wide distribution, promotion, and prominent game position on the operator’s website. Our company is seeking both Junior or mid / intermediate level candidates.
Tasks
- Build and grow relationships with key clients based in East-Europe and Asia and the rest of the world
- Distribute and present information to partners about upcoming game releases and campaign opportunities
- Improve the onsite positioning of our games and explain to operators how to best monetize new features
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities with existing operators
- Liaise with in-house resources and operators to undertake promotional fulfillment and analysis of campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Grow Revenue in line with company forecasts
- Represent the company at events and industry conferences tailored to online gambling operators
Requirements
- Previous experience as a partner manager / account manager / commercial manager / affiliate manager within the iGaming industry is mandatory
- You have to speak one of these languages mandatory: Russian or Turkish
- Being located in one of the iGaming hubs in East Europe and Asia is a big plus
- Proven track record in growing an existing business portfolio and in achieving and exceeding established revenue targets
- A passion for strong sales, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong relationship building skills and the ability to build trust, strong social and people skills
- Understanding of ROI and an analytical approach
- Strong communication and written ability in English and Russian is essential (an additional language would be an asset)
- Be presentable, willing to travel and work outside of normal office hours
