Order Processing Specialist (remotely within Romania)

• Processing orders from the client portal
• Confirming, reserving, and packaging goods in the system
• Coordinating with the warehouse for order picking
• Arranging and managing transportation
• Updating records on the client portal
• Handling document flow with the client
• Managing price documents, sorting, and damaged goods
• Overseeing returns and replacements
• Preparing reports

• Higher or secondary specialized education in economics
• 2+ years of experience in logistics processing orders
• Fluency in spoken English and Romanian
• Excellent knowledge of business process software and Excel

• A five-day working week
