HR Specialist (Thailand ,Malaysia,Taiwan) - Fluent Chinese and English

Location: Thailand / Malaysia / Taiwan
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Salary: Base salary USD 2,000+ / month + Commission
Target: Local candidates

Job Responsibilities

• Manage staffing plans and recruitment needs according to business requirements.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop, maintain, and manage recruitment channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Provide comprehensive HR solutions to address specific business and staffing needs.
• Support other HR-related tasks and projects assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or headhunting.
• Solid experience in recruitment projects and sourcing mid-to-senior/high-level talent.
• Familiar with various recruitment channels and skilled in candidate profiling, competency assessment, and talent mapping.
• Experience developing and collaborating with external recruitment channels or recruitment agencies.
• Previous experience recruiting for Internet / Technology positions is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with clear thinking and a business-oriented mindset.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to identify recruitment challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Fluent in Chinese; English proficiency is preferred.
