About the Role

We are looking for a Thailand Finance Officer to oversee daily financial operations, internal accounting, cash flow management, tax-related matters, and coordination with the Group Finance team.

The ideal candidate has solid accounting/finance experience in Thailand, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a Chinese and English-speaking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage company funds, including cash, bank accounts, and cashier operations.

• Handle internal accounting activities, including:

• Cash flow management
• Payroll review
• Expense and revenue review

• Business-related financial supervision

• Coordinate with Group Finance on:

• Budgets
• Loans
• Expense reimbursements
• Write-offs

• Refunds

• Issue invoices and perform invoice/receipt reconciliation.
• Oversee internal accounting and taxation activities.
• Manage and coordinate the finance/accounting team.
• Ensure financial records and tax filings are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Support compliance with local financial and tax regulations in Thailand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent background in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting.
• Strong experience in internal and external accounting.
• Familiar with corporate tax procedures and financial compliance in Thailand.
• Proficient in Excel and financial/accounting management systems.
• Able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English.
• Thai language proficiency is a strong advantage.
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and strong time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and ensure all financial and tax filings are completed accurately and within deadlines.
