🔎 About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Tax Accountant to join our finance team in Pasay City. This role will be responsible for daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax-related activities, and supporting the company’s overall financial management.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly responsible, comfortable working independently, and has strong accounting knowledge with excellent Chinese communication skills.

📌 Key Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and supporting financial data.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly closing processes.
Review invoices, receipts, payment requests, and supporting documents for accuracy.
Monitor company expenses and ensure compliance with internal financial policies.
Assist with tax-related activities, budgeting, and auditing.
Coordinate financial matters with internal departments and external partners.
Prepare financial reports and other finance-related documents requested by management.
Maintain accurate and confidential financial records.
Perform other accounting, tax, and administrative duties as assigned.

.Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Recent graduates are welcome to apply; relevant accounting experience is a plus.

Fluent in spoken and written Chinese.

Good English communication skills are preferred.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and accounting standards.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility.

Able to work independently and handle confidential financial information professionally.

Willing to work 6 days per week on-site in Pasay City.
