The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Backend Engineer to join a high-caliber engineering team responsible for developing mission-critical infrastructure powering real-time trading systems.

You will work on:

High-performance distributed systems
Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs)
Rust-based backend services
Smart contract development
Ultra-low-latency trading infrastructure

Responsibilities

Design and develop high-performance backend services using Rust

Build and optimize smart contracts

Develop real-time trading infrastructure with sub-millisecond latency requirements

Collaborate on distributed systems architecture and protocol design

Create scalable and fault-tolerant systems capable of supporting institutional-scale workloads

Optimize system performance, reliability, and security

Requirements

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in Rust

Experience with high-throughput or low-latency systems

Understanding of distributed systems architecture

Knowledge of blockchain technology and smart contract development

Familiarity with performance optimization techniques

Strong problem-solving and systems design skills

Nice to Have

Experience with Solidity

Exposure to trading systems, exchanges, or financial infrastructure

Knowledge of privacy-preserving cryptography

Experience working in Web3 or blockchain environments
