Permanent contract – London, UK – Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Level of Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Tasks
- Design both high-level architecture and detailed electronics for spacecraft power systems
- Develop in-house power electronics: DC/DC converters, solar array regulators, battery charge/discharge systems
- Analyze system requirements and manage power interfaces with other onboard hardware
- Maintain power budgets and parametric models for the spacecraft
- Perform EMC analysis and propose mitigation measures
- Draft and manage RFPs for external suppliers, review technical offers
- Oversee hardware delivery and subcontractor coordination
- Define test and validation plans; support integration and subsystem testing
- Contribute to documentation across the project lifecycle (e.g., FMEA, operational procedures)
- Participate in formal reviews (MDR, PDR, CDR) and support flight operations
- Contribute to the development of future spacecraft power system architectures
