Tasks

Lead end-to-end design processes from discovery to delivery across multiple products.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into elegant user experiences.
Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma or Sketch.
Present and defend design solutions to cross-functional teams and executives.
Establish and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency and scalability.
Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design work.
Advocate for UX best practices and a user-first mindset across the organization.
Analyze usage data and feedback to improve UX on live products.

5+ years of UX design experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
Portfolio showcasing design thinking, research insight, and polished UI solutions.
Proficient in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
Strong understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
Experience working with agile teams and collaborating with developers.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
Bonus: Experience with motion design, design systems, or analytics tools like Hotjar or GA.
