Working Student - Shape AI Workflows Using GenAI Tools

At amnis, we are redefining international banking for SMEs and enterprises. Our platform enables businesses to seamlessly manage cross-border payments, FX, and liquidity — all in real time and without friction.

As we continue to push the boundaries of fintech, we’re expanding into Generative AI. We're now looking for a Working Student m/w/d (40-80%) to help us build intelligent tools and experiences that reshape how finance teams operate.

🧠 What You’ll Work On

You’ll join a fast-moving, hands-on team exploring how GenAI can drive real business outcomes. Depending on your skills and interests, your work may include:

• Designing, testing, and refining prompts for internal AI agents (e.g., data enrichment tools, compliance tools, support bots, sales outreach tools)
• Working with models like OpenAI, Claude, or similar frameworks
• Supporting the development of prototypes for GenAI-powered features — including document parsing, summarization, sales outreach, or workflow automation
• Evaluating model responses for accuracy, tone, and robustness
• Collaborating with product, engineering, sales and operations to embed AI into real-world use cases
• Conduct research and analysis to support team initiatives

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Linguistics, or a related field
• Strong interest in generative AI and large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT or Claude
• A creative mindset with a sharp eye for language, logic, and nuance in model outputs
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Interest in fintech, payments, sales tech, or operational tools

💡 Nice to Have

• Familiarity with prompt chaining, few-shot prompting, or fine-tuning concepts
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python and tools such as OpenAI APIs, Relevance AI, Apollo, or Clay
