Tasks

  • Lead generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, focusing on high-potential companies in Germany’s plastics industry
  • Data documentation and management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead information in the CRM system, organized for effective use by the sales team
  • Support in sales efforts: ​​Work closely with the sales team to develop tailored outreach strategies and assist in initial client interactions
  • Support in supply efforts: ​​Assist the supply team in sourcing, fulfillment and supplier partnerships tasks in the German market
  • Market insights and updates: Keep up with industry trends, competitive moves, and market developments to help spot new opportunities

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and German is essential, proficiency in Polish, Italian or French is a plus
  • Research and analytical skills: Ability to conduct detailed online research and analyze data effectively for lead sourcing
  • Proactivity and curiosity: A proactive self-starter with a strong interest in uncovering new leads and staying current on industry news
  • Attention to detail: Exceptional accuracy in tracking and documenting information to ensure data quality
  • B2B sales experience: Background in B2B sales is an asset, providing insight into market dynamics and the ability to spot high-value leads for Ambio’s Germany outreach
