We are looking for a driven and highly organised Senior Project Manager to take ownership of multiple client and internal projects across a fast-growing digital and creative environment.
Acting as the link between clients, management, and delivery teams, you will ensure projects move forward efficiently, deadlines are met, and communication remains clear throughout the entire project lifecycle. Tasks
Project Planning & Coordination
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, priorities, and deliverables remain on track.
- Create project plans, timelines, and task allocations while maintaining visibility across all active projects.
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions before issues impact delivery.
- Track project milestones and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive accountability across teams and follow up on outstanding actions to keep projects moving forward.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and project delivery efficiency.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout projects.
- Gather project requirements, clarify expectations, and ensure objectives are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to clients and management regarding project status, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate meetings, document action points, and ensure agreed tasks are followed through.
- Manage client feedback professionally and work closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Support a positive client experience through proactive communication and excellent service delivery.
Operational Support
- Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and reporting tools.
- Support contract administration and project-related documentation when required.
- Ensure project information is consistently updated across internal systems and platforms.
- Utilise project management tools to track tasks, timelines, workloads, and overall project performance.
- Assist management with operational reporting and business improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Project Management, Operations, Client Services, Account Management, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Ability to take ownership, work proactively, and drive projects forward independently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar tools.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
