We are seeking a commercially driven and detail-oriented CRM Executive to support customer engagement and retention activities for the Turkish market. This role is ideal for someone with experience in CRM or retention marketing within the iGaming industry who enjoys combining creativity, data analysis, and campaign execution to drive customer loyalty and long-term value.
The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and optimising CRM campaigns across Sportsbook and Casino products, while ensuring all communications are relevant, engaging, and tailored to the Turkish audience.
Tasks
- Plan, coordinate, and execute CRM campaigns targeting the Turkish market across Sportsbook and Casino.
- Localise campaign content and customer communications to ensure relevance and consistency with brand guidelines.
- Configure and manage promotional offers including bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback campaigns, and other retention initiatives.
- Create, schedule, and monitor CRM communications across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, Onsite Messaging, and promotional landing pages.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including CRM Operations, Content, Design, and Market teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improving engagement, retention, and revenue performance.
- Monitor key CRM metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion, deposits, turnover, retention, and NGR.
- Support customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing initiatives to enhance player experience and retention.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns, communications, and promotional mechanics are correctly configured before launch.
- Keep up to date with major sporting events, betting trends, market developments, and competitor activity to contribute fresh campaign ideas.
- Assist in developing promotional concepts for key sporting events, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing retention activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, Campaign Management, or a similar role within the iGaming industry.
- Solid understanding of sportsbook and casino promotional mechanics.
- Strong interest in sports, sports betting, and customer engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, retention marketing, and player lifecycle management.
- Native-level Turkish language skills and strong English communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience using CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or bonus management systems is considered an advantage.
