Tasks

In this role, you will…

  • Provide onsite and over the phone technical support and
    assistance to Alpha Beta Core end users while maintaining a high level of
    customer service.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and categorize incoming
    calls and trouble tickets while analyzing frequently asked questions and
    defining procedures.
  • Assist with application installation, usage, problem solving and troubleshooting.
  • Install
    Personal Computers (PCs) and related hardware; investigate hardware
    problems and perform repairs or coordinate with vendors as necessary.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with…

  • Associate's degree in a technology-related major and/or 1 to 3 years in direct end user support or related technical role.
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment.
  • Ability to work on your own, while reporting back to team leader/manager on any issues or concerns in a timely fashion.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to independently research a problem.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Experience in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of basic computer hardware, software, and networks.
