Tasks
In this role, you will…
- Provide onsite and over the phone technical support and
assistance to Alpha Beta Core end users while maintaining a high level of
customer service. - Monitor, troubleshoot and categorize incoming
calls and trouble tickets while analyzing frequently asked questions and
defining procedures. - Assist with application installation, usage, problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Install
Personal Computers (PCs) and related hardware; investigate hardware
problems and perform repairs or coordinate with vendors as necessary. - Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with…
- Associate's degree in a technology-related major and/or 1 to 3 years in direct end user support or related technical role.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
- Ability to work on your own, while reporting back to team leader/manager on any issues or concerns in a timely fashion.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to independently research a problem.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Experience in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of basic computer hardware, software, and networks.
