Tasks
In this role, you will…
- Manage and organize executive schedules, appointments, and deadlines
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filling out forms and managing correspondence
- Support tax-related tasks.
- Coordinate design projects and manage due dates for various projects
- Help with general organization and task management
- Provide all-around support to the executive team, ensuring efficient operations.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with…
- Experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with project management and communication tools
- Adobe Suite software experience is a plus
- Tech-savvy and comfortable suggesting and integrating new tools for efficiency
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and addressing needs.
