Tasks

In this role, you will…

  • Manage and organize executive schedules, appointments, and deadlines
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filling out forms and managing correspondence
  • Support tax-related tasks.
  • Coordinate design projects and manage due dates for various projects
  • Help with general organization and task management
  • Provide all-around support to the executive team, ensuring efficient operations.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with…

  • Experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with project management and communication tools
  • Adobe Suite software experience is a plus
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable suggesting and integrating new tools for efficiency
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and addressing needs.
