ALMMA is a French food group built on two producers: Foo Seng, specialist in Asian snacks, and Varachaux, specialist in meat-based and vegetable-based elaborated products. Together they produce more than 1 million snacks per day, more than 100 people and three factories covering 13,000 m² of production space.

The two houses came to the group with different heritages and the same obsession. Varachaux, founded in 1968, has spent more than fifty years making frozen meat, vegetarian and plant-based components for the food industry and collective catering. Foo Seng, founded in 2009 by an entrepreneurial family with deep culinary expertise, brought authentic Asian recipes to the frozen aisle and became the pioneer of halal Asian frozen snacking in France, with a dedicated halal production floor.

Everything is made in France, in our own plants, under strict hygiene control and full traceability, with certified quality systems including ISO 22000, IFS and halal certification by HQC.

Our R&D teams are run by cooks, not only by technologists. That is why we make products that are clean label, innovative and tasty, developed as our own brands or to our customers' specification.
