Who we are

Allocator One is on a mission to transform venture capital by backing first-time fund managers who identify and fund the businesses of tomorrow. We don’t just aim for exceptional financial returns; we drive investments that solve big global problems. The world is at a critical juncture, and the best answers will come from visionary entrepreneurs and the GPs who back them.

At Allocator One, we systematically find and support the next generation of top-tier venture capital talent, ensuring that fresh perspectives, innovation, and risk-taking get the capital and support they deserve. Our team is lean, entrepreneurial, and high-performing. We move fast, think deeply, and care about impact. This is an opportunity to help tackle the most pressing challenges of our time.

Tasks

We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful, and driven Fundraising Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a key partner to our fundraising leadership, ensuring our capital-raising efforts are organized, effective, and impactful.

This isn’t just a support role, it’s a strategic function that enables us to build meaningful investor relationships, craft compelling fundraising materials, and maintain the systems that drive our growth. You’ll work at the intersection of investor relations, operations, and research, helping us scale a new kind of venture platform.

You’ll thrive here if you’re detail-oriented, analytically strong, and passionate about the venture ecosystem. You know how to manage complexity, communicate with polish, and keep multiple projects moving without dropping the ball. Most importantly, you care deeply about impact and want your work to matter across the following areas:

Fundraising team support

  • Serve as the operational backbone for our fundraising efforts, keeping materials updated, meetings scheduled, and timelines on track.
  • Coordinate across internal teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment on fundraising strategies and messaging.

Investor CRM management

  • Own the accuracy, structure, and upkeep of our investor CRM.
  • Track touchpoints, next steps, and key data across our global investor base.

Meeting & travel coordination

  • Plan and orchestrate investor meetings, roadshows, and global travel for fundraising team members.
  • Ensure every interaction is well-prepped, timely, and followed up on.

Presentation & reporting

  • Help craft and refine pitch decks, fundraising updates, and investor materials.
  • Maintain a consistent narrative and high-quality visual output across all touchpoints.

Market & investor research

  • Identify and map potential LPs, family offices, institutions, and other strategic partners.
  • Deliver targeted research and insights to help the team prioritize outreach.

Data & analysis

  • Support the development of fundraising analytics and insights—tracking pipeline progress, engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
  • Present findings in ways that help drive strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in fundraising, investor relations, venture capital, private equity, or a similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator: You write and speak clearly and persuasively, adapting tone and content to different audiences.
  • Organized & efficient: You thrive in a high-volume, high-velocity setting and can manage multiple priorities without losing track.
  • Detail-obsessed: You sweat the small stuff because you know it makes a big difference, especially when dealing with investors.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable with modern tools like CRM platforms, Google Workspace, pitch deck software, etc.
  • Analytical mindset: You enjoy working with data, spotting trends, and turning information into insights.
  • Professional presence: You’re polished, discreet, and confident when representing Allocator One to external stakeholders.
  • Proactive & resourceful: You anticipate needs, solve problems before they escalate, and love taking ownership.

Benefits

  • A no-assholes-allowed environment—we believe in respect, collaboration, and pushing each other to be better.
  • A pretty nice office in the heart of Vienna, full of great people + regular weekly home office days
  • Cool events all around the world—connect with investors, founders, and innovators on a global stage.
  • A team that gives a fuck—about the work, the impact, and each other.
  • A unique opportunity to contribute at the highest level of a fast-growing venture capital innovator.
  • A front-row seat to the emerging fund manager ecosystem—the future of venture capital.
  • Exposure to top-tier investors, entrepreneurs, and global change-makers.
  • A culture of high performance, ownership, and deep trust.
  • Room to grow—if you excel, there’s no ceiling to what you can achieve.
