As a Founders Associate, you’ll work side-by-side with our founding team to streamline operations, manage key projects, and support strategic initiatives. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Support Founders in Daily Operations: Assist the founding team in managing schedules, meetings, and communication to keep everything running smoothly.
• Identify & Automate Processes Using AI: This is the core of your role. You’ll be responsible for digging deep into our existing workflows, pinpointing areas that are ripe for automation, and implementing AI-driven solutions that save time, reduce friction, and boost efficiency across the entire organization. Whether it’s streamlining investor communication, automating data entry, or optimizing due diligence processes, you’ll have the autonomy to experiment with cutting-edge AI tools like GPT, RPA, or custom scripts to transform how we operate.
• Project Management: Oversee and execute strategic projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines. This could range from supporting fund launches to building frameworks for new operational processes.
• Venture Capital Ecosystem Engagement: Dive deep into the VC landscape, support research, and build relationships across the ecosystem.
