Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales Administrator (Appointment Setter) to support our sales efforts by reaching out to potential clients across Indonesia. This role is ideal for someone confident in written communication and comfortable initiating contact via email and WhatsApp to generate interest and set up meetings for the senior sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients in the architecture, interior design, and property development sectors
Reach out to leads via email and WhatsApp with clear, professional messages to introduce Ahti Interiors
Set up appointments and showroom visits for the sales team
Maintain a detailed outreach tracker and CRM updates
Follow up on unanswered messages or expressions of interest
Support the sales team with basic admin tasks such as calendar scheduling and lead documentation
Coordinate with marketing to ensure alignment of outreach messaging
Report weekly on outreach activity and results
Strong written communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
Comfortable using WhatsApp and email for professional outreach
Highly organized with attention to detail
Friendly, clear, and professional tone in digital communication
Previous experience in sales support, lead generation, or client outreach is a plus
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
Based in Bali or willing to relocate
