As a growing company at the intersection of design, architecture, and construction, we’re looking for a passionate, self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our presence across key projects and accounts.
Tasks
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, interior designers, property developers, and hospitality clients. This is a B2B sales role focused on positioning Ahti’s design-led sanitary ware as a premium solution within building projects.
The ideal candidate has experience selling products that are part of the build process — such as lighting, electrical components, tiles, or other building materials — and understands how to work within project timelines, technical specifications, and the procurement cycle. You’ll manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing, while supporting Ahti’s positioning as a trusted, design-driven brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers in architecture, interior design, development, and construction.
- Promote and present Ahti Interiors’ product range through showroom meetings, on-site visits, and industry events.
- Identify new project opportunities and generate leads across Bali and the wider Indonesian market.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely and smooth delivery.
- Track project timelines and client needs throughout the sales process.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales approach.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
- Support marketing efforts with participation in campaigns, photoshoots, and promotional events.

Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience in products related to the build process — such as sanitary ware, lighting, electrical components, tiles, or building materials.
- Strong network within the architecture, design, or construction industries in Bali or Indonesia (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable discussing technical product specs and aligning them with client needs.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
