🎯 Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Expansion Manager to spearhead Ahti Interiors’ entry into new markets beyond Bali. This role is focused on scaling our presence through a network of high-performing distributor partners and closing high-value B2B deals. You will identify the right local players in key regions, onboard them, and drive initial traction before handing over to our account management team.
This is a high-impact, outward-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited by the challenge of growing a premium brand across Indonesia.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
🌍 Distributor Network Expansion
Identify and approach potential distributors in strategic regions
Qualify partners based on showroom presence, client base, and operational capacity
Negotiate distributor terms, including pricing, exclusivity, margin structures, and incentive programs
Support onboarding, including training on Ahti’s products, systems, and sales approach
Track early performance and support key launches before transitioning to the internal account management team
📊 Reporting & Market Intelligence
Report directly to the CEO on distributor pipeline, deal flow, and expansion metrics
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics in new regions
Provide strategic insights to guide broader business development efforts
5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or expansion roles
Proven track record of building and managing distributor networks across multiple regions
Strong experience in one or more of the following sectors: building materials, sanitary ware, home/lifestyle products, or interior finishes
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Strong commercial acumen and ability to work autonomously
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Comfortable with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
Willingness to travel frequently across Indonesia
