🎯 YOUR TASKS:

• 📈 Financial Analysis: You will analyze financial data to help the team make informed decisions. Your insights will be crucial in identifying potential improvements and optimizing our financial performance.
• 💼 Financial Modelling: You will prepare and analyze financial models for the team in order to steer the various channels towards the right targets in alignment with the company’s goals
• 📊 Financial Accounting: You will manage financial records with a focus on analysing financial statements, management accounts and sometimes treating accounting entries accurately, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• 📑 Data Management: You will handle large datasets in Excel, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and ensuring data integrity.
• 💡 Process Improvement: You will support the finance team in streamlining processes and improving financial operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

📈 WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• 📚 Education & Experience: A degree in Financial Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 2-3 years of experience in finance with a focus on financial analysis, forecasting, financial modelling, building business plans etc
• 📊 Analytical & Excel Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis and advanced skills in Excel for managing large datasets and performing complex data analysis.
• 🔢 Attention to Detail & Comfort with Numbers: A natural ease around numbers and exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all financial records and analyses.
• 📜 Understanding of IFRS: Solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) to ensure our financial practices are compliant and accurate.
• 🌐 Language Skills: Fluent in English (German is a plus)
• 🥕 Bonus: Prior e-commerce finance experience Is advantageous
