Tasks

About This Team

The Partnerships team at Aurora is responsible for expanding our user base through high-leverage external relationships. From affiliate marketplaces and e-commerce solutions to traffic arbitrage networks and online education platforms, this team builds the bridges that bring Aurora’s services to new audiences. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, Partner Development Managers play a critical role in driving scalable user acquisition from synergistic ecosystems and communities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and prioritize high-potential partnership categories that align with Aurora’s growth goals
  • Build relationships with platforms, networks, marketplaces, and community leaders that can drive new users to Aurora
  • Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and integration requirements to maximize partner performance
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with partners through proactive communication, performance reviews, and optimization plans
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to activate partnership channels and drive user acquisition through joint initiatives
  • Monitor, report, and analyze partnership metrics to identify what’s working and where improvements can be made
  • Contribute to the design of Aurora’s broader partner ecosystem, including onboarding processes and referral infrastructure

Requirements

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone with strong initiative, commercial instinct, and the ability to turn handshake deals into growth channels. If you meet the minimum requirements, we encourage you to apply.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or growth strategy
  • Proven success building B2B relationships and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Strong understanding of affiliate, performance marketing, or SaaS ecosystems
  • Experience identifying high-value platforms and structuring scalable deals
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships, priorities, and performance pipelines

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with advertising channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, traffic arbitrage, or affiliate marketing
  • Networked within communities relevant to e-commerce, media buying, or performance agencies
  • Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or ad tech company
  • Familiarity with regions like LATAM, APAC, or EMEA for regional partner expansion
  • Comfort working in a remote-first, fast-paced startup environment

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for the role is $36,000 - $120,000 USD per year. There is no cap on commissions in this role. As a sales role, this range provided is the role's On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that it includes both the base salary and target commissions/bonuses. This salary range is inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed during the selection process based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, location and application.
