You will manage your own profit center and continuously develop new customer relationships. You will also be responsible for recruiting new employees and managing your own team of consultants.
You responsibilities will be :
1- Management of the entire business life cycle management
• Clients sourcing
• Sales strategy definition
• Set up, lead and conduct business meetings with key decision-maker in the Industry
• Contracts negotiation
2- Management of the talent acquisition process
• Candidates sourcing
• Recruitment strategy definition
• Set up, lead and conduct first and second interviews with future consultants holding an engineering or PhD
degrees
• Candidates closing
• Signature of full-time contracts
3- Management of a team of consultants
• Career plans management
• People management
• Business unit management
