Work closely with the Operations team to respond to customer inquiries through several channels (Email, Social, and Telephone), delivering world class, luxury customer service to Aeyde clients
Take ownership of each customer journey, resolving cases through accurate, appropriate and personalised solutions that enhance brand loyalty
Assist with customer service reporting using Gorgias and Shopify
Support with the preparation for online collection launches
Create shipping and customs documents, as well as manage these in our ERP system
Contribute to dedicated operations projects
Help the supply chain management team to support them in their day-to-day and be flexible on taking on new challenge
Your profile
Currently enrolled as a student and looking for a 6-month compulsory internship as part of your university studies
Studies in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion Management or other relevant subjects
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment together with several teams
Well organized and detail-oriented
Strong Excel skills
Experience with Shopify and NetSuite a plus
Excellent communication skills in English required, German is a plus
Legally authorized to take up employment in Germany
