Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute people strategies relating to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
Own talent acquisition area, including all end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent within the fashion/creative industry.
Develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Implement and manage feedback and development processes that drive high performance.
Oversee the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
Provide regular reports to the leadership team on HR metrics, trends, and insights.
Your profile
Extensive experience in HR and talent acquisition within a fast-paced organization, preferably within the fashion industry.
Proven track record of successfully developing HR initiatives for fast-growing organisations.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
Keen eye for fashion and design.
