AeroSelect is a tech startup from Berlin that builds modern recruiting solutions for aviation and hospitality. We create software that simplifies complex hiring processes and gives companies better access to global talent. With AeroHire, TalentHub and AeroCV we provide a connected suite that supports cockpit, cabin, ground operations, business aviation, office functions and hospitality teams.
In addition to our software, we offer Recruiting as a Service to give companies hands on support in sourcing, screening and interview coordination. We combine technology with human expertise to create hiring processes that are structured, transparent and personal.
