We are seeking a Project Integration Manager (m/f/d) remotely to oversee and manage the integration of multiple triggered projects within the Lean Digital Core (LDC) framework, with a primary focus on Finance and Procurement. This role involves close collaboration with IT, business units, and external partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment with program objectives. The position also supports projects across LACAN and APMA regions, requiring strong cross-functional and global coordination skills.
Project Management: Lead and manage the integration of triggered projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with global and local teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues throughout the integration process
Technical Integration: Oversee technical aspects such as data flows, system interfaces, and application integrations
Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including charters, plans, and progress reports
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
Communication: Facilitate regular communication with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure transparency and alignment.
Project Period: 2025-11-01 to 2026-08-31 with a possibility of further extension
Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally with big pharma industries like Novartis, Roche or similar
Strong understanding of SAP Finance Modules and integration processes
Knowledge of Lean Digital Core (LDC) systems and technologies, including S/4HANA, is preferred
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams
Experience managing or supporting projects across LACAN and APMA regions
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Key role in driving digital transformation projects within a global organization
