We are looking for an experienced Global Data Migration Lead(m/f/d)to take accountability for the global data migration strategy, design, build, tools, and execution within the Adopt Enablement program. This role is responsible for defining the data migration technical architecture and environment strategy, ensuring governance and alignment across global deployments. The position reports directly to the Global Adopt ERP Lead.
Lead governance and execution of global data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities
Own the data migration tools used to prepare and load all data objects across all deployments
Define the global data migration technology, technical architecture, and environment strategy
Establish and maintain global migration methods, standards, and tools
Oversee the preparation of data readiness rules, global mapping, extraction criteria, business rules, and conversion workbooks
Supervise BODS development activities and coordinate data profiling with global data teams and local data owners
Run and monitor data readiness assessments and coordinate profiling activities
Align data migration plans across deployments and related projects
Coordinate single points of contact for post–go-live reviews and lessons learned
Project Period: 2025-11-01 to 2026-10-30 with a possibility of further extension
Work Type: Remote with occasional travel to Prague
Minimum 10 years of ERP project implementation experience with a strong data migration background
Proven international team management experience in a global, matrix-based organization
Deep expertise in data migration management across multi-country and multi-system environments
SAP Certified in at least one relevant functional area, with hands-on knowledge of SAP BODS
Knowledge of GxP and CSV requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong leadership qualities, capable of balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution
Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
