In this exciting position based in Geneva or Lausanne, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Manage audits of company(ies) headquartered in Switzerland and/or subsidiaries of multinational groups, including integrated audits under PCAOB and ISA auditing standards of companies reporting under US GAAP and IFRS accounting frameworks
Adapt the audit approach to the changing client environment. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and assess clients' satisfaction
Proactively maintain contact with the client throughout the year
Direct daily fieldwork, inform Senior Managers and Partners of the engagement status, and manage staff performance. Contribute ideas/opinions to the audit teams and listen/respond to other team members' views.
Coach more junior audit team members on accounting and auditing matters.Foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, accounting, or finance with a recognized CPA qualification (Swiss, US, or equivalent)
5–7 years of audit experience including at least 1 year in a managerial role leading international audit teams
Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience collaborating across functions (e.g. IT, Tax, Valuation)
Excellent communication skills in English, proactive mindset and strong organizational abilities
Proven experience in audit documentation, accounting analysis and mentoring junior team members
Knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB standards and data analytics is a plus; team-oriented and client-focused mindset essential
