Chief Medical Officer

Aeon is redefining preventive healthcare. We combine whole-body MRI, advanced blood biomarkers, and genetic data with AI to detect and predict diseases before symptoms appear. Our mission is to empower people to live longer, healthier lives by shifting healthcare from reactive to proactive.

We're now looking for a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join our leadership team and help scale a new paradigm in medicine.

As CMO, you will be the medical voice at the highest level of the company. Working closely with the founders, you will shape the vision, lead clinical innovation, and oversee all medical operations. Your work will directly impact thousands of lives—and help lay the foundation for a new global standard in preventive care.

• Medical Leadership: Define and lead the clinical direction of Aeon’s platform, setting standards across all medical touch points.
• Clinical Protocols: Oversee the development and continuous refinement of screening protocols and quality assurance measures.
• Product Development: Collaborate with our engineering and AI teams to integrate clinical insights into our multi-modal diagnostic platform (MRI, blood, genetics).
• Validation & Accuracy: Lead the clinical validation of AI-driven diagnostic outputs and ensure regulatory readiness.
• Partnerships: Build and nurture partnerships with clinics and healthcare providers across Europe.
• Team Building: Recruit and manage a world-class medical team to deliver outstanding patient experiences.
• Strategic Vision: Act as a key member of the leadership team to shape Aeon’s long-term strategy and expansion.

• Certification in either radiology OR in cardiology or internal medicine with experience in advanced imaging and diagnostics
• Fluent in German and English
• Passionate about preventive medicine, longevity, and early detection
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and build from zero
• Strong communicator with the ability to bridge clinical and technical teams
