YOUR IMPACT IN THIS POSITION:

As a Senior Fullstack Developer (f/m/d), you are the driving force behind the development of our scalable and maintainable software solutions. You work at the intersection of backend and frontend, ensuring that our platform runs seamlessly — from processing large volumes of data to delivering an intuitive user experience.
You take end-to-end responsibility for products and services and contribute your expertise to the design of sustainable architectures. You improve the scalability and performance of existing systems and build new services with high code quality. Through your work, you promote agile methodologies and support mid-level and junior developers in their growth. Your contribution is key to making our vision of autonomous, energy-efficient buildings a reality.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

Fullstack Development: Design, development, and maintenance of backend services (Python, Go) and frontend components (VueJS and TypeScript) to ensure a seamless user experience.

• Architecture: Co-design of a scalable and robust software and system architecture with a focus on long-term sustainability.
• Code Quality: Ensuring high-quality software through automated testing, code reviews, and the application of best practices.
• Teamwork: Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to clarify technical requirements and develop efficient solutions.
• Mentoring: Supporting and mentoring junior and mid-level developers through coaching and technical feedback.
• Innovation: Continuous improvement of our platform by using modern technologies and promoting agile ways of working.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in backend development, ideally with fullstack expertise and a background in agile development environments.
• Fullstack Development: Development and maintenance of backend services and frontend components to ensure a seamless and scalable user experience.
• Architecture: Active contribution to the design of a sustainable software and system architecture that ensures long-term scalability, stability, and efficiency.
• Tech Stack: Solid experience with Python and Go, familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, and Kubernetes; optionally, knowledge of frontend technologies such as VueJS and TypeScript.
• Work Style: A structured approach to complex challenges, high quality standards, and a strong sense of ownership for services and projects.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize effectively, enthusiasm for working in cross-functional teams, mentoring capabilities, and clear technical communication.
• Work Eligibility: You must be a resident of Germany with a valid work permit.
