About the Role:

Are you passionate about delivering world-class customer experiences? We are looking for enthusiastic and empathetic Customer Service Agents to join our international team in Barcelona. You will be supporting a well-known global entertainment brand—helping customers via phone, chat, and email with a wide variety of inquiries, from account support to content questions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer support in Dutch through inbound calls, emails, and chat.
• Assist users with account management, billing questions, and troubleshooting.
• Guide customers through technical solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
• Accurately document interactions and follow internal processes.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and efficiency in every interaction.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and internal tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent/native Dutch speaker with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2 or higher) for training and internal communication.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus—but not required.
• Comfortable working with technology, online platforms, and digital content.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
