Adhoq is a fast growing performance advertising startup. Our core advantage is deep knowledge and experience in all sectors of the digital advertising landscape and adtech.

To expand our business, we are hiring a Digital Marketing Business Developer, a critical role in our company. The Business Developer is responsible for driving growth by sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with new advertisers. This role is a blend of sales, client success, and account coordination, supporting the advertiser side of the affiliate network and ensuring long-term partner satisfaction and performance.

If you are hungry to build meaningful partnerships, sharpen your sales skills, and play a key role in scaling a fast-growing affiliate network, this role offers the perfect environment to grow and thrive.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

Advertiser Sourcing & Outreach

  • Identify and research potential advertisers;
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate leads;
  • Pitch the network’s value proposition and set up discovery calls with decision-makers.

Onboarding New Advertisers

  • Coordinate onboarding: contracts, IOs, tracking setup (e.g., postback/pixel), and compliance checks;
  • Ensure creative assets, offer caps, payouts, and KPI expectations are clearly defined and documented;
  • Test links, troubleshoot technical issues, and verify offer readiness with internal teams.

Advertiser Relationship Management

  • Serve as the point of contact for your portfolio of advertisers;
  • Monitor offer performance and proactively suggest optimizations (payouts, creatives, traffic types);
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to help advertisers hit performance goals;
  • Escalate issues internally and ensure fast resolution of any offer or traffic concerns.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Align with the affiliate management team to push new offers to relevant partners;
  • Share advertiser feedback to help improve network performance and positioning;
  • Assist in launching exclusives or high-converting offers through coordinated campaigns.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed records of outreach, onboarding progress, and live offer statuses in CRM tools;
  • Track key metrics: new advertiser revenue, active offers, retention rate, and upsell potential;
  • Prepare weekly or monthly reports on your advertiser portfolio performance.

Industry Awareness & Growth

  • Keep up with trends in affiliate marketing and advertiser acquisition tactics;
  • Attend webinars, expos, or internal trainings to sharpen BD, sales, and account management skills;
  • Continuously learn about payout models (CPL, CPA, rev-share), vertical trends, and funnel dynamics.

Requirements

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Continuously learn about payout models (CPL, CPA, rev-share), vertical trends, and funnel dynamics;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability;
  • Proactive mindset with a mix of sales hustle and client service empathy;
  • Analytical thinking — able to interpret performance data and suggest improvements;
  • Eager to grow in performance marketing, affiliate networks, or digital advertising.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on level of seniority;
  • Lucrative bonus schemes;
  • Growing start-up experience which makes profit and is in a growing phase;
