Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Analyze performance metrics to uncover patterns and key insights;
- Predict trends and future outcomes using data-driven strategies;
- Identify root causes of business challenges through structured analysis;
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to deliver actionable insights;
- Provide data-backed recommendations to optimize marketing, sales, and operations;
- Continuously monitor analytics systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting;
- Streamline data workflows for improved efficiency and clarity;
- Ensure adherence to data governance standards and security protocols;
- Contribute to strategic decision-making that drives growth and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a data-driven or analytical role (Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar);
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.);
- Solid knowledge of SQL and Excel; Python or R is a plus;
- Experience with marketing, sales funnel analysis, or in-app engagement analytics;
- Understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and data workflow optimization;
- Strong communication skills for presenting insights and working cross-functionally.
Nice to Have (Not Required, but a Bonus):
- Experience in affiliate marketing, adtech, or SaaS environments;
- Familiarity with traffic quality analysis and fraud detection;
- Competitor pricing analysis or campaign ROI reporting experience.
Non-technical Requirements:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Good time management and discipline is a must. You need to meet your deadlines on-time;
