Tasks

As a Partnerships Manager at Accountable, you’ll apply your Marketing expertise every day, honing your networking and business development skills. Working closely with the team, you’ll celebrate successes, learn from challenges, and collaborate across all areas of the company. You’ll also deepen your knowledge of self-employment bookkeeping and taxes as you build, maintain, and scale partnerships that drive user acquisition.Since we’re a startup, you’ll work side by side with senior leaders, gaining firsthand experience in what it takes to grow a successful venture across Europe. You’ll have the opportunity to elevate our current Belgium partnerships program to new heights. This highly versatile role will expand your skill set on a broad basis.

  • Discover New Partnerships: Research, acquire, and onboard new affiliates, brands, and creators/influencers in Belgium’s tax-tech and self-employment space.
  • Manage Existing Partner Relations: Maintain and strengthen partner relationships, and extend them via co-marketing initiatives.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Develop creative strategies to boost visibility, build business cases, and secure/ negotiate paid placements (e.g., influencer campaigns, partner site features and more).
  • Expand Our Affiliate Program in Belgium: Explore new angles and offers, and launch promotions to grow signups.
  • Track Relevant KPIs: Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics to optimize performance.
  • Host Webinars: Organize and host topical webinars with partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (e.g Sales).
  • You are fluent in English and either Dutch or French (ideally both).
  • You enjoy taking responsibility, make independent decisions, and have a proactive and transparent work style.
  • You are an excellent communicator and possess strong negotiation skills.
  • You are outgoing and not afraid to reach out to potential affiliates.
  • You are passionate about using technology to simplify the lives of 4 million self-employed individuals in Belgium.
  • You have a strong drive to further develop yourself.
