Scope
As the Account Manager for fiduciaries, you will serve as the primary point of contact for accountants and fiduciaries in Belgium. Your responsibilities will include connecting with fiduciaries/accountants in Belgium, promoting our dedicated Expert platform, managing internal workflows, as well as reporting duties.
This position reports to Simon (head of Customer Success)
Objectives
- Partnerships Development: Partner and onboard 2 fiduciaries / 100 additional users per month
- Visibility: Make sure Accountable is known by 100% of accountants and fiduciaries in Belgium
- Training: ensure use of our Expert platform by accountants
- Product: Improve our Expert platform according to the main needs of accountants
- Workflows: Improve process and reporting to work with accountants
Activities
- Build and maintain a CRM of fiduciaries in Belgium
- Reach out to new fiduciaries and introduce Accountable as a solution for Natural persons Self-employed
- Maintain connection with partner fiduciaries
- Attend industry events and connect with Fiduciaries regularly
- Run recurring trainings for accountants (online and in-person)
- Collect insights and feedback from accountants, manage a backlog of feature requests, and prioritize them together with our Product team. Follow up developments. Communicate improvements to accountants
- Suggest and implement internal process improvements
Requirements
- Bilingual in Dutch/French with professional proficiency in English.
- Based in Belgium.
- Experience in business development or account management is preferred, but candidates with limited experience (first or second job) are also encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn.
- Action-oriented and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- You understand and care about self-employment
