We are looking for a performance-driven, customer-centric individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as a Trade Finance and Export Documentation .
Tasks
- Knowledge of Banking of Import and Export documents, Remittance, Realisation operation of EEFC Account etc.
- Dealing with Custom House Agents for Clearance of Goods, Working experience on ICE Gate, and DGFT Portal for Export Benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com), Business Administration, International Business, or Finance.
- A certification in Export-Import Management or Trade Finance is an added advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience in trade finance, export documentation, or related areas.
- Understanding of import/export procedures, including documentation, customs, and foreign trade regulations.
- Hands-on experience with customs clearance, liaising with Custom House Agents.
- Familiarity with ICE Gate and DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) portal for export-related processes.
- Experience managing EEFC (Exchange Earners' Foreign Currency) accounts and related remittance procedures.
- Knowledge of export benefits, including MEIS (Merchandise Exports from India Scheme), RoDTEP (Remission of Duties and Taxes on Export Products), and other incentives.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for documentation and data management.
- Familiarity with trade finance tools and banking platforms for remittances and foreign transactions.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, customs authorities, and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage paperwork and legalities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
