Business Intelligence Analyst

Associate Allied Chemicals has been delivering ingredient solutions for the fragrance, flavor, food and personal care industries for over 45 years. As we expand our presence, we looking for a motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to become a part of our team.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in researching and analysing the global competitive landscape while examining internal data and systems to enhance reporting tools, methods, and processes across various functional teams. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality reports, presentations and dashboards in Power BI and other business intelligence tools; strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this role. You will deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics and reports for tracking and managing business performance, while effectively managing multiple research projects and prioritizing them as needed.

Compensation: The monthly salary for this position is between Rs. 35,000 and Rs. 45,000, based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

• Research, analyse, and summarize market reports, trends and intelligence systemically to prepare actionable tasks for teams.
• Keeping a close tab on the product portfolio and competition benchmarking
• Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
• Preparing business presentations about products, research reports for management and help in strategic planning
• Support business development and help to create efficient designs and solution processes
• Analyze data trends and patterns to identify opportunities for process improvements and decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience (2-3 years) working as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on digital platforms and data management.
• Proven experience in Power BI, Excel, SQL and understanding in dashboard creation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data visualization techniques
• Relevant certifications in Power BI, business analytics, or data science would be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present facts/details in a concise manner to technical & non-technical stakeholders.
