Pedago Intern 42 Wolfsburg (Full Time)

42 Wolfsburg is a higher education NGO/start-up educating up to 600 students to become cutting-edge techies and software engineers in a practice-based peer-learning environment. 42 Wolfsburg is based on the internationally successful concept of Ecole 42 which was founded 2013 in Paris and today trains 18‘000+ students in 54 schools all over the world. As Pedagogy Intern, you will support the Pedagogy team to enable the smooth running of Piscines and oversee that the Students complete the Common Core and move on to the Advanced Curriculum.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare and facilitate all aspects of the Piscines and prepare the kick-off for the next batch
• Supervise the Exams and Rushes, as well as the Wolfpack (Student support)
• Maintain an onsite presence to address students' everyday problems, including questions about projects, exams, time management, and motivation
• Collaborate with the tech team in monitoring the Core Curriculum, and ensuring that the academic integrity of the students is maintained. This means working on a project among the following: Evaluations system, enrolment certificates/administrative platform, cheating detection, deployment of the new exams, automation of pedagogy processes using Ansible
• Support the Community Manager: Organise and carry out our Community Meetings, create and maintain fun learning events (non-exhaustive: codingame, clash of code, and other coding challenges)
• Maintain internal tools, knowledge base, and documentation.

Must have:

• 42 or similar education background
• Dedication to student success and the 42 model
• Right to live and work in Germany
• Fluent in both written and verbal English

• Pragmatic, solution-focused mindset

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in C, C++, Shell scripting, Python, or data analysis is a plus
• Experience with the 42 API is a plus
• German and/or other languages skills (considering our diverse international student community with 50+ nationalities) are a plus
