Chef de partie at bistro/bar Hotel Rumour Leiden

On a historic spot right in the centre of Leiden, we are opening Hotel Rumour this year! A café, bistro and bar where you are welcome every day from early in the morning until late at night. You can join us for a hearty breakfast, extensive lunch or dinner that extends into the late hours. Work with us to create a vibrant new spot for all local residents, Leiden residents and everyone around you!

We are looking for a chef de partie to support in managing the kitchen team. You are an ambitious cook who can work independently and loves to work hard. You work neatly and efficiently and are keen on adhering to HACCP guidelines. With you working in the kitchen, our guests as well as colleagues are totally happy! You are available at least 3 days a week, including at least one weekend day.
