Business Operations & Executive Assistant (Shanghai)

We are looking for a high-calibre junior professional to join our team in Shanghai.

This position combines business operations, project coordination, and executive support for our Spanish leadership in China. It is a generalist but demanding role, suitable for someone ambitious, sharp, and eager to grow quickly within an international digital business environment.

You will not be doing basic admin work — you will be involved in meaningful execution, decision-support and cross-team coordination.

• Coordinate strategic and operational tasks with teams in China and Europe.
• Support our Spanish manager in Shanghai with planning, prioritisation, and execution.
• Track and coordinate cross-functional projects, preparing structured summaries and ensuring alignment among stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and produce clear analytical briefs.
• Support e-commerce and digital operations (data checks, content reviews, platform coordination).
• Assist in client-related tasks, preparing materials, notes and follow-ups.
• Ensure professional communication in English and Chinese across all internal and external interactions.
• Handle occasional operational or administrative tasks linked to project execution (without being a traditional admin role).

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (fresh graduates welcome if outstanding).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• High level of professional maturity, ownership, and reliability.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities, with structured thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing quality.
• Fast learner, proactive attitude, and genuine ambition to grow in digital business, operations, or consulting.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with high expectations.

Nice to Have

• Internship or early experience in consulting, e-commerce, operations, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Tmall, JD_com, Xiaohongshu, Douyin.
• Solid PowerPoint and Excel skills.
