Job Duties/Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive analysis of operational processes and procedures at Prime Time Shuttle.
* Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions, fostering synergy between ZoneVoice and Prime Time Shuttle.
* Utilize data-driven insights to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness, aligning with the goals of both organizations.
* Prepare and present comprehensive reports to executive leadership at Prime Time Shuttle, detailing key findings and recommendations with the support of ZoneVoice.
* Develop and maintain performance metrics to monitor and evaluate business operations, ensuring alignment with the objectives of both ZoneVoice and Prime Time Shuttle.
* Assist in the development of strategic plans at Prime Time Shuttle, contributing valuable insights from the collaborative perspective of ZoneVoice.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, ensuring that recommendations align with the innovation goals of both ZoneVoice and Prime Time Shuttle.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Management Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
* Effective communication skills to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
* Familiarity with the transportation or telecommunications industry is a plus.
