Travel: approx. 50%+, mainly in Central Europe (company car provided)

Tasks
We are looking for a dynamic Service Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across our market segments in Central Europe. This role is all about spotting opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and converting relationships into long-term service business. You’ll be the key link between customers, sales partners, and internal teams—helping to expand our service footprint, promote contract offerings, and ultimately deliver strong sales results.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel growth: Strengthen and expand relationships with channel partners, equipping them to successfully promote and sell our service portfolio.
- Customer engagement: Build lasting partnerships with direct end users, with a focus on identifying and converting opportunities into service sales.
- Sales enablement: Train and support sales colleagues and partners, providing the tools and knowledge they need to confidently present our service solutions.
- Market development: Research and analyse the market to identify untapped revenue potential and expand our service market share.
- Contract sales: Take ownership of service contract sales—from prospecting and proposal preparation to closing, including upgrades and retrofits.
- Promotions: Actively promote service offerings to customers with expiring or expired warranties, ensuring continuity and long-term commitment.
- Performance reporting: Deliver structured reporting on pipeline, sales performance, and market trends to management.
- Tender support: Collaborate with service providers, business partners, and the internal sales team to maximise tender opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Proven sales experience (ideally in a medtech company) and achieving revenue targets
- Experience in working within a matrix organisation
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems
